St. Matthew's Northampton Trust

This Trust was constituted in 1992 as St. Matthew's Northampton Centenary and Development Trust by a declaration of trust to celebrate the centenary so that subscribers could designate monies to their particular concern such as the organ and the vestments, but by a supplemental trust deed in 1994 after the centenary the name was changed to the above.

The Trust Deed states that the object of the trust is the advancement of religion by the preservation, repair, maintenance, restoration and ornamentation of the fabric of the church, its furniture, ornaments, churchyard and ecclesiastical properties. Grants from Grant Making Trusts have been secured for this purpose.
